Hansika's role in Vikram Prabhu's Thuppakki Munai revealed
Vikram Prabhu and Hansika will be acting together for the first time in Thuppakki Munai. which is tipped to be an action thriller.
Directed by Dinesh Selvaraj, an erstwhile associate of Mani Ratnam, the film is being produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu’s V Creations.
Talking about her role in the flick, Hansika said, "I am doing a character which I have not tried so far. It's not the routine heroine that you see in every commercial film. It is something quirky and interesting. And I am looking forward to join the shoot."
Vikram will essay the role of an encounter specialist in the film. This is the second time that Vikram is collaborating with Thanu after Arima Nambi.
Hansika is eagerly looking forward to the release of her comedy heist thriller Gulaebaghavali with Prabhu Deva. The actress will also be seen playing the female lead in actor Atharvaa’s cop action thriller with director Sam Anton of Enakku Innoru Per Irukku and Darling fame.
On Gulebaghavali, she said, "I play a con artist and thief and it's a special film for me. Prabhu sir gave me the memorable film Engeyum Kadhal early in my K'town career. And he was the producer of yet another hit of mine Bogan. And I am excited to play alongside him in Gulebaghavali."
