Surangani fame Ceylon Manohar passes away
Veteran pop singer A E Manoharan, popularly known as Surangani Manohar or Ceylon Manohar, passed away in Chennai late last night.
He was a pop singer and actor. He has acted in Tamil, Sri Lankan and Bollywood movies.
He is most known for his popular song 'Surangani', which attained cult status in the 1970s and 1980s in Tamil Nadu. He acted in Tamil serial as Athipookal, Thirumathi Selvam and Anjali.
