After Thupakki and Kaththi, Vijay and A R Murugadoss have started their third film together. The yet-to-be titled film called as Thalapathy 62, hit the floors with an auspicious pooja on Friday.
Buzz is that the film is slated to hit the screens for Deepavali this year, which has got the fans excited.
The ace director has confirmed the film will hit the screens for Diwali with just a simple social media post saying '#HappyDeepavali guys..💥💥'
Keerthy Suresh plays the romantic interest of Vijay in the film. As Murugadoss needs more time to finalize the rest of the actors, the shoot will progress on a full swing only from February.
Sun Pictures is bankrolling the magnum opus, which has music by Oscar-Grammy winner A R Rahman. Girish Gangadharan of Angamaly Diaries fame will take care of the cinematography department and Sreekar Prasad is in charge for the cuts.
