The Secretary, State Child Protection Society (SCPS), Chennai has invited applications for the posts of programme officer and assistant cum data entry operator.
"The personnel to be recruited for the State Child Protection Society will be an employee of the society and not the Government and appointed on contractual basis and purely on temporary in nature," an official release said.
While the consolidated pay for the first post will be Rs 26,250 per month, that of assistant cum data entry operator is Rs 10,000 per month.
For the programme officer post, Preference shall be given to candidates who possess Degree in Social Work / Sociology / Psychology / Criminology / Child Development/Education.
Also, retired persons of age upto 62 years can apply. Retired personnel from Government Service having sufficient experience in gazetted capacity involved in framing
of policies or its implementation at the field level can apply. He/She can work temporarily till completion of 62 years at the maximum.
