Rajini, Kamal to hold crucial meeting in Malaysia?

Even as there is much hype over their political entry, actors Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan are likely to share the dais in Malaysia for a fundraising event of Nadigar Sangam.
Rajinikanth boarded a flight to Malaysia Thursday night and Kamal, who is now in America, is expected to reach there later today.

According to sources, the good friends would meet on the sidelines of the event and would discuss their future strategies.

Meanwhile, Kamal Haasan on Thursday alleged that money power was behind TTV Dhinakaran's win in the December 21 RK Nagar bypoll, drawing sharp rebuke from the sidelined AIADMK leader who accused the star of maligning voters.

Both the ruling AIADMK and its rebel leader TTV Dhinakaran on Thursday vehemently denied a charge by actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan, that they bribed voters during RK Nagar by-election recently.

Writing in his weekly column in a Tamil magazine, Kamal Haasan expressed his dismay at the manner in which the elections were fought by Dhinakaran and ruling AIADMK.

He alleged that the ruling party had distributed Rs 6000 for every voter, while the independent (Dhinakaran) fixed Rs 20,000 per vote.

Coming down heavily on the voters in RK Nagar, Kamal Haasan, said, "People sold themselves for money. Those who offered the highest to voters walked away with victory."
