Anjali opposite Vijay Antony

There are four heroines in Vijay Antony's upcoming film Kaali directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi, who made her directorial debut with Vanakkam Chennai a few years ago.

The four leading ladies are- Anjali, Sunainaa, Amritha and Shilpa Manjunath.

Confirming the development, Kiruthiga says, "Anjali will be playing one of the four female leads, but I cannot talk about her role because it is crucial to the plot."

She adds: "I chose Shilpa because I liked her unconventional look in a short video clip of hers that I came across."

Shilpa plays a town young lady in the film while Amirtha will be found in a totally differentiating part, sources said.

Kiruthiga tweeted: "Shooting with @yoursanjali for #Kaali this month.. love her actin n been wanting to work with her.. finally!"

Kaali has cinematography by Richard M Nathan, music by Vijay Antony and the editing by Lawrence Kishore.
