It's NGK from Suriya-Selvaraghavan, but what does it mean?

The first look and title of Suriya’s film with Selvaraghavan was revealed on social media.

The title — NGK — has already generated a lot of curiosity among fans. Suriya’s look is reminding many of Che Guevara and the poster design having elements that suggest revolution.

Produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu’s Dream Warrior Pictures, Yuvan Shankar Raja is composing the music for the film.

The composer has recently locked the intro theme of Suriya and said that the film will be an epic one like Pudhupettai for Selvaraghavan.

SR Prabhu says, "NGK is the name of Suriya’s character in the film. While it’s too early to reveal his role and the concept of the film, we can only say that we will finish shooting a major chunk of the movie by May."

The team will also travel to the town in Tirunelveli for a short schedule. This is the kind of role that Suriya hasn’t done so far in his career, it is learnt.

Sai Pallavi and Rakul Preet Singh are the two female leads in the film. Sivakumar Vijayan of Iraivi and Irudhi Suttru fame is cranking the camera for the film and GK Prasanna is the editor.
