Senior actor Radha Ravi is pitted against Vijay in the latter's 62nd film and is reportedly playing a powerful politician in the film.
After Thupakki and Kaththi, Vijay is once agian teaming up with filmmaker AR Murugadoss for his forthcoming venture.
Talking about the movie, Radha Ravi said, "I had shared screen space with Vijay in four films but only in AR Murugadoss’ film, got an opportunity to work with him at close quarters.
The way he appreciates and encourages other actors is commendable. He is a big star and has every right to demand the makers to complete his portions first but Vijay patiently sleeps on the floor until the director finishes off sequences of others, he doesn’t go to his caravan.
Radha Ravi also said that AR Murugadoss doesn’t carry the aura of a director. Reportedly, Vijay plays a businessman in the yet-untitled film and his sophisticated look for the film went viral on social media.
Actress Keerthy Suresh has been once again cast opposite Vijay, while Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has been roped in to play a crucial role. Music is by A R Rahman, while the film is being bankrolled by Sun Pictures.
