Kollywood mourns Adithyan's death

Popular Tamil film music composer Adithyan passed away late on Tuesday night in Hyderabad, due to ill health.




He was 63 and is survived by wife and two daughters. He was undergoing treatment in Hyderabad for the past one week for his kidney ailment and breathed his last on Tuesday, sources said.




The musician is known for his numbers in films such as the super hit gangster flick 'Amaran', besides 'Seevalaperi Pandi,' in the early 90s.




The body of the music composer will be brought to Chennai for the funeral to be held on Thursday afternoon.




Adithyan, whose original name is Titus, is survived by wife Sofiya and daughters Sharon and Prarthana.




Known for his unique beats and interludes, he created and released many Tamil pop and remix albums in India and Malaysia. He also hosted his own television cooking show 'Aadithyan's Kitchen' on Jaya TV for eight years.
