Dhanush, who made his Malayalam debut by playing a cameo in Mammootty-Dileep’s Kammath and Kammath, recently announced his first production venture in Malayalam with Tovino Thomas.
And now, the latest update is that Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films has snapped the theatrical rights of Arungeorge K. David’s Ladoo.
Starring Shabareesh Varma, Saju Navodaya, Vinay Forrt and Balu Varghese in lead roles, Ladoo is produced by Mini Studio and music is by Rajesh Murugesan of Premam fame.
In the meantime, Dhanush will be seen playing a cameo in Tovino Thomas movie. He is also said to be playing a guest role in Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming film directed by Ranjith, which too is being produced by Wunderbar.
Meanwhile, Dhanush is on cloud nine, for his directorial debut Pa Paandi has crossed twenty-five days theatrical run in Tamil Nadu.
At present, the national award winning actor is busy with the shoot of Vetri Maaran’s Vada Chennai in Chennai and he will commence his Hollywood film in Mumbai on May 14.
