Rajini's strict warning to fans

Superstar Rajinikanth has issued a warning to his fans- that anyone who was found indulging in actions that affected the reputation and standing of the fans association would be stripped of his membership.

The statement follows clashes between the association district heads and members who accuse the heads of indulging in politics.

The actor has given the coordinator of Rajinikanth Fans Association V M Sudhakar the authority to expel such members.

The statement has been issued a week after the actor met his fans for five days at Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam for the first time in nearly a decade.

On the final day of the meeting, the actor had urged his fans to wait for an impending war and also called himself a ‘pure-Tamil.’

The letter signed by Rajinikanth reads: "This is to inform all the members of the Rajinikanth Fans Association that if anyone in whatsoever capacity behaves in such a way as to bring defame or bad reputation to the association's discipline, rules or good name, I give V M Sudhakar, senior member, to immediately expel such individuals from the primary membership of the association."
