Karthik Subbaraj's Mercury has no dialogues

Known for novel attempts, director Karthik Subbaraj is at it again. His next film, titled Mercury, will not have any dialogue.

Prabhu Deva is playing a negative role in this flick, whose title and first look were unveiled by maverick directors Mani Ratnam and Bharathiraja.

It has been more than a year since Karthik Subbaraj’s Iraivi released, and his next project with Prabhudheva is one of the most anticipated films of this year.

National Award winning cinematographer Thirru has cranked the camera for the film and Santhosh Narayanan is scoring the music.

Karthik is said to have majorly shot in Chennai and Pondicherry with only a few actors and thus, the team is able to complete the film within a short span of time.

Meanwhile, his production vehicle, Stone Bench Creations, is also busy. Stone Bench Creations already has two anthology films—Bench Talkies and Aviyal—to its credit, but this film.
