Veteran actor-director Thiyagarajan, father of Prashanth, has played a key role in Vijay Antony's upcoming film Yeman. And he is all praise for the music composer-turned-actor.
“After a few years break, I started taking up acting offers but I’ve been extremely choosy about my acting roles," he said.
"Normally there will be few scripts which urge you to accept the project immediately and Yaman is of that kind. With many twists and turns, Yaman is purely set against a political backdrop in which I play a political prime mover," he said.
Thiyagarajan added: "It is a very powerful film, Jeeva Sankar has come up with a hard-hitting script and Vijay Antony will reach more heights through this Yaman movie."
Following the huge consecutive hits ‘Naan’, ‘Salim’, ‘India-Pakistan’, multilingual blockbuster ‘Pichaikkaran’ and the super hit ‘Saithan’, the composer and actor Vijay Antony turned out to be the blue-eyed boy among the Producers and Distributors.
And now the actor’s next movie Yaman, which has actor Thiagarajan in a very important role, is creating more hype among the audience.
Starring Vijay Antony and Miya George, the most anticipated political drama Yaman, directed by Jeeva sankar is ready for a grand release on 24 February 2017. Yaman is produced by Raju Mahanlingam under the banner Lyca Productions and Fatima Vijay Antony under the banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
