Yuvan to score music for Ajith's next

While it is confirmed that Shiva would direct Ajitih for the fourth time, it is now said that Yuvan Shankar Raja would compose music for this flick.

Unconfirmed news is that the project will be released for next Deepavali, and if everything goes well, it will be the seventh time Yuvan will be scoring music for an Ajith film.

While Devi Sri Prasad scored music for Veeram, the first collaboration of Ajith and Shiva, Anirudh composed music for their next two flicks- Vedhalam and Vivegam.

Another buzz is that Zee Motion Pictures have approached the actor for a possible project but after his bitter experience in working with corporate companies in the past, Thala is keen to work with individual producers.

The source added: "While their first film (Veeram) had a rural script, their second venture together (Vedhalam) was an urban entertainer. Their recent release (Vivegam) was shot in international locales. Siva wants to ensure their next is different from their previous movies."

Meanwhile, Vivegam has shattered all earlier box-office records of Ajith films.

Ajith, who sustained injury while shooting for his recent release Vivegam in a foreign location, underwent a surgery on his shoulder at a private hospital in Chennai, after the film's shoot ended.

"He underwent a surgery for the shoulder injury he suffered while shooting for Vivegam. He is advised 45 days rest," sources said.
