Danfoss India conferred with the Frost & Sullivan – 2017 India Building and HVAC Segment – LV Drives Enabling Technology Leadership Award
Mumbai, 5th October, 2017: Danfoss Industries Pvt. Ltd was conferred with the prestigious Frost and Sullivan – 2017 India Building and HVAC Segment – LV Drives Enabling Technology Leadership Award under the category of novel developments in the Industrial Automation and Process Control Sector at the Frost and Sullivan 2017 India Best Practices Awards Banquet that took place at the ITC Maratha, Mumbai.
Speaking on the recognition, P.L. Palanisamy, Director – Sales, Marketing and Services, Danfoss Drives, Danfoss India said, “Danfoss has a high focus on innovation and we believe that innovation is key to engineering a better tomorrow. The results were announced post an extensive analytical research process that sought to recognise the benchmark created by companies against the highest standards in the industry, through outstanding achievements and performance in a range of regional and global markets with superior leadership, technological innovation, excellence in customer service and strategic product development.
The final decision was undertaken by a list of eminent industry leaders such as Dr. Seshu Bhagavathula, Chief Technology Officer, Ashok Leyland Group, Mr. Sirish Batchu, Head – Advanced Electronics & Digitization, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, Dr. Sujit Chatterjee, Chief Executive Officer, Dr.. L.H. Hiranandani Hospital and Dr. Sandeep Garg, Chief General Manager, PEC Limited.
Various measurement parameters were applied in order to conduct a detailed study on each of the nominees on the basis of their company’s actual market performance in areas such as revenue growth, market share in the specific category and growth in market share, demonstration of leadership in new product innovation and introduction, major customer acquisitions, efficacy of innovation process and the product service value and positioning.
