Music composer turned actor G V Prakash Kumar has gone to Neduvasal to take part in the protests against the central government's proposed hydro carbon project.
"At #neduvasal now with our Tamil family #StopHydrocarbonProject #SaveNeduvaasal #saveTN. let's have more focus here ... spread the word," he posted on his microblogging page.
He added: "TN Govt Pls announce CauveryDelta as Reserved Agriculture Zone #Wearewithfarmers #SaveNeduvasal #SaveTNDeltaFarmers #StopHydrocarbonProject."
Meanwhile, GV Prakash will be playing the leading role in Jyothika's upcoming film with filmmaker Bala.
Prakash has a bundle of projects this year, which includes Bruce Lee, 4G and Ayngaran. He has signed a film with Rajiv Menon, which has Acadamy Award winner AR Rahman composing the score. The yet-untitled film is touted to be based on a drummer.
Jyothika made a comeback to cinema after a hiatus with 36 Vayathinilae in 2015. Her next film Magalir Mattum is in post-production stage.
