Nayanthara's next sold out

Sri Green Productions has procured the distribution rights of Atharva Murali and Nayanthara starrer Imaikkaa Nodigal, for a good price, it is learnt.

From the film’s producers, Cameo Films India, Sri Green Productions, which is on a buying spree lately, has procured the Tamil Nadu distribution rights of the thriller.

Directed by Ajay Gnanmuthu of DeMonte Colony fame, the film has dialogues by popular writer Pattukottai Prabhakar. Anurag Kashyap will be seen in an important role. Hiphop Tamizha duo is scoring the music.

Cinematographer RD Rajasekar of Iru Mugan and Ghajini fame is taking care of the visuals. Shooting is currently on in full swing in and around Bengaluru.

In May 2016, Ajay Gnanamuthu, who had previously made the successful horror film Demonte Colony (2015) agreed to work on a new film starring Atharvaa in the lead role.

Initially reported to be a "romantic-thriller", it was revealed that the film was initially supposed to be made as the director's debut was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
