Samantha gets engaged

It happened at last. Samantha and Naga Chaitanya exchanged their rings in a private function in Hyderabad on Sunday.

The event saw only close relatives of Akkineni family (Naga Chaitanya is the elder son of top Tollywood star Nagarjuna Akkineni) and some big stars attending the event.

Announcing the news on Twitter, Nagarjuna shared the picture of the couple and wrote, "#Chaisam It's official now. My mother is my daughter now. Couldn't be happier!!more pics to come."

Last year, Chaitanya's younger brother and actor Akhil Akkineni got engaged to Hyderabad-based fashion designer Shriya Bhupal after years of courtship.

Akhil posted on Twitter: "My brother and my new sister ! I'm the happiest thammudu in the world. Love you guys !
