Mahesh Babu strongly voices for Jallikattu

Top Telugu star Mahesh Babu has posted a series of tweets, declaring his strong support to protests in Tamil Nadu for Jallikattu.

"#Jallikattu is the spirit of Tamil Nadu - bold and fearless," he said.

"Proud to see such a statement of unity among Tamilians for something that they truly believe in."

He said further: "Especially admire the way the students of Tamil Nadu have been standing up for the cause, relentlessly fighting for their roots and culture."

And he concluded: "Hope their voices are heard. I support the spirit of Tamil Nadu. #JusticeforJallikattu".

Meanwhile, Anurag Kashyap has said, "The Jallikattu protest is massive.. never seen anything this massive and entirely a people's movement.. total bandy, shoot cancelled. And i had no idea what it is about.. i want to find out."
