Kamal Haasan, who hosted the Bigg Boss show for a television channel, is set to host its sequel too. He will do it despite his busy schedule as actor and politician.
According to reports, the promo shoot happened yesterday in a film studio. The show is likely to be telecast from the first or the second week of June.
Kamal used the television programme to state his opinion on major issues last year such as NEET and also announced that he would be entering electoral politics.
Kamal Haasan, who formed his own political party called Makkal Needhi Maiam in February, has launched a mobile app to help whistleblowers report anything from corruption to an open pothole and unauthorised garbage dumps to sexual harassment.
He on Monday said his Makkal Neethi Maiam would adopt eight villages in Tiruvalluvar district, where its volunteers would build 100 toilets and also additional classrooms in the government schools.
“We have started preliminary work. We will soon complete the task. Also, we will plant saplings to turn the villages green”, he told villagers at Adhikathur in Thiruvallur district.
